"Neda's customer service made my month!"
I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and share with you my
experience with one of your Service Agents, Neda Risser.
My husband is currently a 2nd year MBA student at Notre Dame in South Bend, IN. This afternoon, my family packed up our Infiniti QX-56 and had our sights set on driving home to Dallas, Texas for the holidays. To our surprise, our trip had to be delayed----our battery had died.
After a trip to AutoZone to purchase a replacement battery, our frustration continued when neither my husband or myself could figure out how to install the new battery we just purchased.
With no Infiniti dealership/service location in South Bend (to our
knowledge), I contacted a Michigan area Infiniti dealer and was treated extremely poorly. The service agent declined to help me over the telephone because we had not purchased our vehicle at her location. I continued to search and found that the closest Indiana location was your Ft. Wayne location.
When I called your location, I was greeted on the phone by Neda and
explained my issue. After a brief hold, Neda walked me through the steps of how to loosen the bracket which holds the battery in place (which was hindering us from getting the new battery into the proper place).
Neda was extremely helpful and warmly answered every single one of my questions. She helped me both over the phone and online using live chat. I'm very thankful that I came in contact with Neda---even though we left a little behind schedule, as I type this note now from my Blackberry we're well on our way back to Dallas!
A big huge thanks to Neda for decreasing a huge amount of my holiday stress! Her customer service and selfless attitude made my day----actually my month!
